Homemade Shiro Miso Workshop

Miso has recently ascended the ladder of trendy foods. and it is also called “super food” for its health and beauty benefits.

If  you get used to useing Miso, you may want to make it by your own.  it must be perfect timing to start making by your own.
It’s cheaper and surprisingly tastier than the one at store.
Moreover, it’s worth it to have your own REAL  ALIVE  fermented food!!!

Even most of Japanese people thinks making Miso is hardwork and difficult, it definitely not true!
I will teach you many lazy technique….no…. great technique to make you easy to try!

Place: Eglinton/yonge area  (will e-mail you when you register)
Fee: $40( including about 1kg of Miso to take home, little souveniour, and miso lunch plate)

++ lunch plate is basically all vegetarian food.  but I may use some animal/fish product (dried bonito, etc)   If you prefer completely vegetarian/vegan food, I can arrange it.  Please let me know previously.

++  You can bring your family to the seminar.  While you taking seminar, your family can go around taking care of your child, and they can come back to have lunch plate with you.  In that case, you can order  additional $10/plate/person.

++ If you want to bring your partner, that’s OK too.  you can order additional $10/plate for your partner too. You both can attend the seminar.

++ I can sell local grown organic soybeans at the seminar.  If  you would like to order previously, please let me know.

++  I may be able to provide free visitor parking ticket.  Please ask for detail.  however, Yonge/Eglinton area is recently very busy.  I recommend to come by TTC if it’s possible to avoid heavy traffic.
